So I've been having numbness in my arms and I'm at my whits end trying to figure out what to do to help get the problem solved. Do I go to a doctor, a chiropractor, a massage therapist, an acupuncturist, a physical therapist....
Well, I've tried the doctor, massage, and now chiropractor and the results are in from my chiropractic visit yesterday....
OUCH....and obviously pretty messed up!
